AtozTaxi247 operates as a team of independent, licensed Hackney Drivers providing transport services in Guildford, Surrey, and across the UK. We are not a taxi operator. Each driver holds valid licensing and insurance as required by UK transport authorities.
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. When you make a booking, it is your responsibility to provide accurate details such as pickup address, drop-off location, date, time, and contact number.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message or email from AtozTaxi247.
All fares are calculated based on distance, time, and journey requirements.
Prices quoted at the time of booking are fixed and include standard waiting times.
Payments can be made in cash or online through approved payment methods.
Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time, extra stops, or changes to the original booking.
If you wish to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur a charge.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the journey may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In the event of no-show, the full fare will be charged.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
While we always aim to arrive on time, traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
AtozTaxi247 will not be held responsible for missed flights, appointments, or events due to situations beyond our control.
We recommend booking your journey with sufficient time allowance to reach your destination.
All passengers must wear seat belts while in the vehicle.
Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Drivers have the right to refuse transport to any passenger acting in a disorderly or unsafe manner.
Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in a charge for cleaning or repairs.
We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. However, if you believe you have lost something, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist in recovering your belongings.
For airport pickups, standard waiting time is 45 minutes after flight landing.
For non-airport pickups, standard waiting time is 10 minutes.
Extra waiting time may be charged at the standard rate per minute.
